The friendly staff made it easy to check in; recommended additions were suggested; the mechanic provided an inspection video; and the work was completed in a timely manner. Upon check-out, the staff mentioned that the services could be covered with reward points, which were then used to cover the entire costs of the inspections, fuel additive, and labor.

Each time I have visited the Stocker dealership in State College, PA (approx. 5 times in the past year) I have experienced excellent customer service - friendly, responsive, professional, and polite. Most of my visits have been scheduled but on a couple of occasions I have shown up unannounced seeking assistance -- and they have been nothing short of superb and have resolved my issue. Thank you Stocker -- especially to the staff in repairs and service maintenance department - who continually do a fantastic job!! Compared to my multiple poor and frustrating experiences with the dealership in Virginia, I am thrilled with my FANTASTIC experiences at Stocker in State College, PA! The overall experience was fine. My only 2 complaints are I didn't receive a call when the car was ready and after I picked it up the light that states that the air filter needs to be replaced comes on every time I start the car. I would have thought that would have been caught. Everyone is very friendly and I will continue to use Stocker.

I was disappointed to the fact that I scheduled a wait appointment and found out after waiting three and half hours and checking the status of my service at 12:30 that my appointment was a drop off appointment and that your shop had until 5:00pm to complete the services I had came for. At that I was ready to cancel and leave because I had other obligations but the service manager said they would move my truck next in line. It wasn't until 4:30 that my truck was finished. I sat in the loaner car you provided all day in your parking lot after making an one appointment with a near by business in the morning while I waited. Someone messed up this appointment because the person who called me to clarify my appointment needs after i scheduled with the mobile app new very well that I was waiting for the repairs. I even waited almost two weeks to get the wait appointment. Apparently there is issues with the mobile app and your in house system and feel that should be a priority to fix or remove the Stocker option from the app because it seems the staff wants to blame the app for my situation. it's water over the bridge now but it does cause me to think twice before scheduling service at Stockers again.

Efficient service. The credit card fee is understandable but when using a GM Mastercard, this should be waived as a courtesy. Many other dealers offer this as an incentive to get customers to sign up for the card and to also retain customers and create loyalty.

It was the most average, vanilla experience any person could have. They low balled my trade. The truck I purchased received new tires which were about as cheap as they come. While it did receive an inspection, the oil life was over half gone, so I had the oil changed at my garage. I am very picky about major purchases and nothing stood out as amazing or anything past mediocrity. Yawn.

Our salesman Tim Maggi was great ! He put us and our priorities first ! Super helpful and considerate of what we wanted ! He is a very thoughtful and customer friendly man ! We had an issue with our 9H coating application not being done correctly or completely in the service department and Tim Maggi talked with the service manager Clayton and immediately had Clayton at our truck taking pictures and promising to take care of the issues … which Clayton did ! And this was on Tim’s day off but he just happened to be in the office to take care of another customer and my wife and I ! I highly recommend Tim as a caring salesman and also Clayton as a pro active service manager ! The 9H application not being done completely or correctly was very disappointing and if I hadn’t noticed it and pointed it out we would have left the dealership without an important paid for service and a flawed $70000 truck ! So I cannot recommend the service department or at least the 9 H application department ! That experience was very upsetting on our brand new truck ! So in summary … Tim Maggi is a great caring salesman and Clayton is a great proactive service manager … I highly recommend both of them ! I cannot speak highly of the service department that coated my truck because of the lack of correctly cleaning and missing areas in the application the 9H coating !

I had d to bring my car in to have them fix a previous repair they had done 3 months prior. My car started leaking oil, and I could smell the burning, so I immediately took it to the shop. The tech confirmed that the issue was caused by the cam seal replacement they had previously done. I was very frustrated that I then had to pay for the loaner vehicle. The service advisor told me, and I quote, "free loaners are only a luxury for people who actually bought their car here". I believe the luxury should be knowing that my car will be repaired correctly and not have to come back 90 days later because it wasn't done correctly.
